As a direct result of our success and growth, we are now hiring a Business Development and Sales Specialist to help us keep growing. You would be a person:

  • Who has successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
  • Who has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Who has experience (2+ years) in the IT industry in sales, marketing or recruitment, preferably professional services
  • Who has working experience with sales techniques
  • Who has ability to speak to prospect decision makers/upper management comfortably
  • Who preferably has experience with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce)
  • Who preferably has knowledge of the software development space (technologies, trends, competitors, etc.)
  • Who preferably has ability to create and deliver presentations

In this role you will:

  • Manage both an existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies
  • Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in-line with strategies
  • Develop, implement and execute overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
  • Travel – Off-site client meetings and national trade shows
