You would be a person:

  • With a growth mindset, someone who loves a good challenge and has an entrepreneurial spirit, is not afraid to take risks, experiment, and have ownership
  • With 3+ years in digital marketing, and a 360-degree overview in content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and advertising
  • Who is a skillful strategist but also a master in executing those strategies in practice as well as tracking their results
  • Who is a strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills and an eye for details
  • With experience in working with various tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Ahrefs) on a level that you can analyze and give solid recommendations for improvement based on data
  • With experience in working with Google Suite (Data studio, GA, Google Ads, GTM, etc.) and SM advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Quora, Reddit, etc.)

We would consider it a PLUS if you have:

  • B2B tech software background
  • Marketing experience within the IT field
  • Technical knowledge

In this role you will:

  • Lead the growth marketing effort for Resolute Software, being responsible for both creating awareness and attracting leads. As such you will own the campaign’s strategic planning and execution of all marketing activities related to that in collaboration with the Marketing Director and VP of Marketing.
  • Develop a demand generation strategy across the marketing funnel, run marketing campaigns and other awareness and growth initiatives end to end supported by the wider team. This includes the full range of direct customer acquisition practices (Advertising, SEO/SEM, Social Media, Events, etc) and conversions (web optimization, email nurturing, lead enrichment, etc.)
  • Be highly data-driven to be able to constantly analyze and refine all demand generation programs based on ROI, demand generation and sales effectiveness – based on a clearly defined set of goals and KPIs (traffic, signups, MQL to SQL)
