You would be a person:
- Proficient in Adobe XD or similar prototyping tools
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- With deep design systems knowledge
- Who understands and promotes UX/UI Design best practices
- Who can do extensive design research
- With strong knowledge of layout, typography and information hierarchy for web and mobile interfaces
- Fluent in design thinking
- Familiar with agile, iterative design
- Fluent in written and verbal English
We would consider it a PLUS if you have experience with:
- Axure RP
- Git and Git-based workflows
- UI libraries – Material Design, Fluent Design, Kendo UI, Telerik UI or others
In this role you will:
- Gather and analyze business & user requirements
- Create information architecture diagrams and user flows
- Build detailed wireframes, low & high fidelity prototypes
- Lead and establish best practices and design processes focused on delivering the best digital experiences
- Create intuitive, easy to use and understandable interfaces
- Define micro and macro interactions
- Provide UX/UI design consulting to clients
- Collaborate with product owners, managers, tech leads, developers and marketing teams in multiple product domains
- Determine the feasibility of design concepts in collaboration with engineers
- Be a passionate advocate of the end user, incorporating customer insight into the creative process and refining the design concept through user feedback
- Ensure adherence to design best practices, standards and brand consistency
- Analyze existing designs, suggest improvements and design new solutions based on them
